The Picasso ceramic numbered A.R. 128, titled "Joueur de flûte" ("Flute Player"), is a white earthenware plate created in 1951. The plate features a central motif of a flute player, rendered in colored engobe and glaze. It measures approximately 24.2 cm (9½ inches) in diameter. This piece was produced in a limited edition of 40 copies, each stamped with 'Émpreinte Originale De Picasso' and 'Madoura Plein Feu' on the underside, authenticating its origin from the Madoura pottery studio. Very minor chip damage on the rim.
